纺织工业发展规划公布:推进纺织智能制造   纺织工业发展规划公布:推进纺织智能制造   证券时报记者 许岩   实习记者 汪郑杰   工信部28日印发《纺织工业发展规划(2016~2020年)》。规划从提升产业创新能力、大力实施“三品”战略、推进纺织智能制造、加快绿色发展进程、促进区域协调发展、提升企业综合实力等六个方面提出了具体任务。《规划》作为“十三五”时期指导纺织工业发展的专项规划,将促进纺织工业转型升级,创造竞争新优势。   纺织工业是我国传统支柱产业、重要民生产业和创造国际化新优势的产业。但近年来,受国内劳动力成本上升、结算货币汇率贬值等因素影响,我国纺织品出口有所减少;另一方面,国内中高端的消费需求仍不能很好地被满足,我国纺织行业仍面临诸多挑战。   《规划》提出,“十三五”期间,规模以上纺织企业工业增加值年均增速保持在6%~7%;纺织品服装出口占全球市场份额保持基本稳定;纺织行业发明专利授权量年均增长15%,规模以上企业全员劳动生产率年均增长8%。纺织工业增长方式从规模速度型向质量效益型转变。   《规划》中着重提出,要重点推动纺织行业模式创新。推动互联网、大数据、云计算、物联网在纺织行业融合应用,促进要素资源优化配置,推动制造模式和商业模式创新,形成防止经济发展新动力。要以提高企业生产效率为重点,调整优化制造流程,发展基于互联网的协同制造新模式。   2016年上半年,我国服装及其上游相关的47家上市公司,包括男装、休闲装、运动装、女装、鞋类、内衣、职业装、裘皮、孕婴童装以及纺织和拉链,共实现营收1218.27亿元,实现净利润113.45亿元,净利润率9.13%。   此次《规划》的推出,分析人士认为这是对纺织行业的利好,同时,纺织服装行业一直是并购重组的高发地带,随着A股行情有所恢复,并购重组活跃度有望恢复。   尽管纺织服装行业的整体形势不佳,从产业链上下游看,纺织纤维的需求却持续维持增长态势。现在中国已经占到全球纺纱纤维的一半,在中国经济新常态下,消费已经成为拉动经济的一个主流,而中国是一个人口大国,目前人均纤维消费量才2898美元,而世界平均水平是6176美元。   另外,尽管纺织服装行业出口数据在下降,纺织纤维的需求却维持高速增长。联合国数据显示,到2050年,人均纤维将从目前的12.7公斤上升到27公斤。 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
